I bought a Razer Kraken X USB headset on 03/07, it worked normal all these days, but today when I was using it, it turned off suddenly, I thought about changing the USB port and it turned on again (the LEDs), but he didn't recognize it on the PC anymore, he disappeared from the sound control panel, his driver in the device manager showed me an error, so I tried to press to update and Windows said that the version that was installed was the most recent, so I uninstalled to try to start from 0, I disconnected the phone from the USB. I also uninstalled Synapse and all other Razer programs, cleaned the registry and restarted the PC. I plugged the phone in and again it didn't light up. I tried to test other USB ports and it didn't work, I tried to connect to another PC and it didn't turn on either. The cable has no sign of damage, it has never been bent, the only marks it has on the cable are the shape it came out of the box, I used it so little that it didn't even get straight yet. It never fell, nor contact with liquids and any other type of damage. I'm using Windows 10, it's 100% updated and drivers are also up to date. Is there any procedure that can reset it? If not, what is the guarantee process, I am from Brazil. Thank you!
