KVM / Scroll Lock not working

HI I just purchased the Razer black widow v3 and am getting used to it. So far so good, but I am plugging it into a pway 4 port HDMI KVM that relies on scroll-lock being pressed twice in succession and then 1, 2, 3, 4 to switch between sources. The scroll lock light will toggle, but I am not getting any action and am unable to switch. Does anyone have a solution for this? The switch is non-programmable. All other keyboards I have tried work fine. Thanks for anticipated help Rich

    Is the Razer Synapse running in the background when the issue occurs? Have you tried connecting the keyboard directly to your computer's USB port or a different computer and see if it's a device issue or maybe the PWAY 4K Port KVM HDMI is causing the behavior. Let me know right away.
