Hi, I have bought a Basilisk V3 Pro (wireless with WiFi Dongle)
I plugged the included Razer WiFi Dongle at the KVM Switch from my Monitor Philips 279M1RV.
Sadly the WiFi Dongle lose the connection when I use the KVM Switch to change the Device.
So iam not able to use the Basilisk V3 Pro. After switch a device.
Just when I reconnect the WiFi Dongle,than the Basilisk will reconnect with the Computer.
When I use the Basilisk with cable plugged in, it works without problems at the KVM Switch, so I think that the WiFi Dongle is the Main Problem. But I bought a wireless Basilisk, so I don’t want to use it with cable.
The realy sad thing is that I search the Forum and found that the same problem exists about two years with no solution by Razer.
The WiFi Dingle actually can not be used with a KVM Switch.
At Razer, please Update the Dongle or use another new better Dongle that can be used on a KVM switch!
Meanwhile I have to return the Basilisk 3 Pro because it is not working. And iam really really sad about this because it is a great device.
so please fix the WiFi Dongle KVM Problem.
