Lacehead firmware update wont work
I have a Razer Lancehead wireless Mice. Sometimes it's freezing, always drifting down the screen alone. Therefore, I need to update the firmware. But I tried to install the firmware again and froze again at 5%. I mean, I can't load it. Using Window 10 home, last version of Synapse. Some one can help me please.

Can You Help me please?
I feel frustrated, this mouse was a great wish and in fact I could never use it correctly, I would like to have a Razer setup (Dream), but I feel insecure to buying new products, cause the price of them in Brazil is Extremely High, besides this type of trouble on the first one I get.
This is certainly not the kind of experience we wanted for you to have. I'll do my best to help you get this sorted out. Please send me a PM with the serial number of your mouse. Let's go from there.

If you want to see what error I'm talking about, I recently posted this video on youtube, link:

By freeze, do you mean the progress just stops or does the entire window display as "Not Responding"?
Yes, I mean the mouse turn off and progress stop at 5% but the program respond.
If I unplug the mouse and then plugin again, the progress back to 0%.
I tried in 3 different computers. The first is mine, with Windows 10, the program starts, turns off the mouse, installs a debug driver and stops at 5%, I waited for 2 hours and nothing changed. The second a laptop with windows 7, the program stops at 5%, turns off the mouse and progress stop. So I then put another hard drive on my desktop and did 4 different installs of Windows 8 and 8.1 versions... In all the same error, the progress stops at 5%.
I installed other versions of Synapse, nothing happens. Without synapse the same thing. What to do? I saw another person with a similar mistake, but I don't know what else to do. I am trying to do this to fix an annoying mouse drifiting error and improve performance.:frown_:
