hey, my lancehead wireless mouse do not light on wireless mode and on cabel. Resetting the mouse settings did not help.

    Does the issue occur while Synapse is running in the background? Does it still track but won't light up, or both won't work at all? Let's isolate the behavior first by connecting it to a different computer and check if it behaves the same. Do send me a PM right away should it persists.
