Lancehead Tournament edition (wired) - disconnecting and reconnecting in Once Human game

When playing the Once Human game, my Razer Lancehead Tournement Edition mouse constantly disconnects and reconnects within Windows. It can be seen briefly vanishing from the Synapse App during this time. This starts happening once I’m in the game, but not until I’ve selected a server and logged in. This causes 1-2s stops in mouse movement during the reconnect.

 

I have tried the following without success:

  • Removing all Razer Software, rebooting and reinstalling only Synapse with no other modules
  • Upgrading firmware to the latest version (1.03.00)
  • Swapping USB ports

Older games that I regularly play (Guild Wars 2, Warframe) and the operating system have no issues, and the disconnection/reconnection stops when I exit the game.

 

I’m seeking additional troubleshooting steps to try, or confirmation whether this is a game or software issue.

Its fucking amazing that the razer team doesnt give a fuck about the malfunctioning of their products, im never buying again any piece of gear. 

They simply dont care, they make you believe that is a high end product, and then when it stops working if you dont have warranty then fuck you. Razer doesnt care about their customers and supporters. Just about taking your money and looking to aanother side when their products dont work as a 70€ mouse or 150€ keyboard should.
