Purchased in June 2022 so out of warranty!
Device started displaying red flashing indicator (as per normal) so switched off and attached charging cable.
The red indicator then reverts to normal operating (colours slowly changing). Shouldn’t this remain red to begin with?
Firmware is current.
Synapse shows the device is charging but it remains at 1%.
I have attempted to clean the charging contacts and tried various USB sockets.
Despite its age, the device has had relatively little use, probably a couple of hundred hours.
Given its cost this is disappointing to say the least.
Any advice/options please.
