Lancehead wireless won't connect to computer

My lancehead wireless stopped working as a wireless mouse after it went down to 0% for the first time despite the fact that its now at 100% charge. When i plug the usb thing into the computer it makes the sound when i plug something in and there is also the sound when i unplug something when i take the usb out but my mouse does not seem to be on. Could someone help me with this.

    Have you recently updated Windows? In any case, please check how the mouse appears on the Device Manager. I'd appreciate it if you can put up screenshots so I can get a better understanding of what's happening on your end.
