Laptop Doesn't Sit Flat

Hey everyone,

I bought a brand new Razer Blade Pro 17 back in February this year. I was impressed the moment I opened the box, easily the slickest piece of tech I've owned. An absolutely stunning piece of hardware.

While I'm overall happy with the laptop, I did recently notice a slight imperfection that is kind of hard to ignore at this point. The laptop doesn't sit level on most surfaces. It has a more than noticeable wobble between the top right and bottom left corner. The laptop being brand new and costing me what it did I find this error maddening, I've tried the rubberized laptop feet and they don't help.

Has anyone else had an issue like this? If so, how'd you fix it? I think I'm past the point of exchanges but some suggestions to a solution would definitely help.

Hey there! Thanks for posting your concern here. Please check the following to inspect the case of your laptop:

1. Use a flat surface. To help determine if the surface is flat, use a straight ruler and lay it on top of the surface. Ensure that there is no gap between the surface and the ruler.

2. Place the laptop on the surface without anything else like a mat, cardboard, cables, and the like.

3. Gently press each corner of your laptop and check for any movement.

4. Once wobbling is confirmed, check for any loose rubber foot or casing gap that may be causing it. If you suspect a bloated battery, do not try to remove it on your own.

By the way, when and when did you buy the laptop? What region/country are you from? Please send me a PM together with your device's serial number. Let's continue from there.
