I have having the same problem as this user. The Z key on my Razer Blade 14 is yellowed so it makes it a different color than the other keys. No amount of rebooting, exiting and reopening Synapse, deleting and creating new profiles within Synapse, and adjusting the backlighting strength back and forth has fixed it. Is there anything that I can do or am I out of luck because I’m out of warranty at this point?
