Laptop not charging

I recently got a Razer Blade 2020 advanced model about month ago and the battery does not charge. The laptop turns on when I have it plugged in but the moment I unplug it it turns off. I tried removing the battery driver as mentioned in the support page but it did not fix the issue. Please help, thanks.

      Have you tried a different power adapter and check if it yields the same issue? Do you see any physical deformation like battery bloating? Please send me the serial number via PM. I can use it to verify its model and assist you further. Let's take it from there. I'll lock this thread now.
