Laptop not connecting to external display; potential GPU issue

My laptop is a Razer Blade 15, Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10875H CPU @ 2.30GHz   2.30 GHz, with a RTX 3700 Laptop GPU (unsure of the year, it is a work computer).

Over the weekend the laptop stopped connecting to and recognizing external displays. I tried different cables, different ports, different cable types (USB-C to Displayport, HDMI to HDMI, HDMI to Displayport, etc) with no luck. I updated the firmware on my monitor. I plugged two other laptops into the monitor with the same cables, both connected fine no issue. I deleted and reinstalled the GPU drivers, I updated the drivers, nothing worked.

When looking at display adapters in the Device Manager, the laptop GPU is flagged as “windows stopped this device because it has reported a problem.” I have done everything I can think of besides pulling the GPU itself out and inspecting it. Does anyone have any ideas how to troubleshoot this issue further without taking the laptop apart?

Looking forward to a wizard solving my problems.
