My laptop received a tiny hit to the side of the screen and the screen went black.
The laptop works fine with an external screen, and the internal screen is not recognized by the OS.
Could it be that only the connector got loose or do I need to replace the screen?
And assuming I need a new screen, how can I find the exact model to order? My laptop was RZ09-03102 with 13.3" FHD Matte (1920 X 1080), 120 Hz screen.
I would appreciate any input you guys might have.
