LAST UPDATE MESSED WITH EVERYBODY's SOUND SETTINGS. IMPOSSIBLE TO PLAY. PLEASE REVERT TO THE OLDEST VERSION ASAP

Yes, I am using a Blackshark V2 and I am experiencing the same problem. All my EQs are gone and the STEREO THX switch in app does not seem to do anything for me. Luckily I backed up my EQs, however, I want to disable the THX Spatial, that I am unable to do.

There is an update that got released today Version 20231109

Clean installation of this version has mildly solved the issue for me, The THX Audio switch is now working on the DEMO tab in the Synapse software but the same switch seems to be inaffective in the SOUND tab. However, I am not sure if the old EQ files are back. If you have a back up of the EQ, this must update must solve the issue for now. Need a more stable update where the switch is effective in all situations.

SOMEONE HELP ME, LITERALLLY THIS UPDATE DESTROYED MY LEVIATHAN V2, IT BROKE MY WINDOWS AUDIO SERVICE EACH TIME IT GET CONNECTED BY USB. THE ONLY SOLUTION IS JUST TO PUT IT OFF. BUT I WANT TO USE IT PLZ SOMEONE HELP I CANT EVEN SEE YT, SPOTIFY ETC.
