Hello, I have an issue with my left click button (Basillik X Hyperspeed). It’s suddendly disabled in Razer Synapse and I am unable to use the left click button anymore. I’ve try with another mouse (Death Adder 2000DPI) and the left click button still working. How can I fix this issue?
I’ve tried to assigned the left click function to another button, then the left click button is enabled, but I am still unable to click on the mouse.

Try to repair your Synapse software by following the steps below:
1. On your “Desktop”, click “Start” and search for “apps & features”.
2. Look for Razer Synapse 3, click on it and select “Modify”.
3. A user account control pop-up window will appear, select “Yes”.
4. Click on “REPAIR”.
5. Wait for the installation to complete.
6. Restart your PC.
You can also reinstall its drivers. If that didn’t work, then shoot me a PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can look for other workarounds.
