Hello,
I had a Mamba TE that started having issues with the left click and scroll after 5 years of use, so i bought the mamba elite that arrived 2 weeks ago and the left click problem showed up again, sometimes it fails or double click or fails when drag and hold. I tested it on my other computer and the problem persists, i tested other mouse on my computer and it worked fine. I tried to restore from factory settings, but it remains. I don't know if that is a problem with some configuration in a inside profile or virus, i just don't understand. Someone knows what i can do?

I don't know but I have the same problem. I have tried everything I can think of, going through every setting in Synapse and attempting multiple times to custom-calibrate my mouse surface. Most of the time it isn't an issue, but "click-hold-drag" is ridiculously sensitive. In addition to gaming, I use Photoshop a LOT and I literally have to use a different mouse when I am working in Photoshop. I'm posting similar messages under several threads that sound promising, hoping someone out there will take an interest. I really want to like this mouse.
Hi there! I've replied to your PM.
Hey @caiovictors! Thanks for posting your device's concern here. Please isolate the Razer Mamba Elite's left-click behavior by connecting it to a different USB port or computer. Please update its firmware too by clicking this link. Let me know if it helps.
