Hi, My new headset (3 in number as the other two also had issue where the left earbud stop working). Have an issue with the left earbud start crackling after about 20 min of use when ANC is on. The immediate fix is cycling between ANC off, Ambient and then back to ANC on. I encountered this issue with 3 different sources, connected via Bluetooth or wire. In the matter of fact also when just turning them on without any source connected to it. Does anyone have permanent fix to it?

I have this same exact issue. This guy did as well: /razer-opus-crackling-sound-on-the-left-earcup.80468/ I'm starting to think I should just return them and buy something else...

Yeah. And I can see that they close the thread before he figured out a solution. Maybe it's some widespread issue that they are trying to hide. My personal experience show extremely low quality assurance level for premium product. So far its 3 out of 3 that have some defect. It's a shame because when they are working they are great.

Yeah, initially I was quite impressed. I looked at these with the app and saw there was a FW update so I tried that. These are specifically model number RZ04-0343 and updated to version 1.2.0.0 That did not fix the problem. I will note that with ANC turned off the issue does not occur at all after hours of listening. Turned it back on and the crackling started within 15 minutes. An interesting note, while wearing them now with the issue occurring, if I rub my finger over the ambient mic on top of the left earcup it stops for a few seconds. So it seems to definitely be a bug, not a physical defect.

I am done with Razer for good. Just returned them and strongly advise you to do the same. They have some real issue with the left cup and ANC. I brought Sony instead. It was the worst costumer experience I have ever encountered.

Yea, after a brief chat with support it doesn't seem like they have any fix. I did exactly the same :)
