left earbud doesn't work on my Hammerhead pro's

I just bought the razer hammerhead tws pro's and when I charged them the left earphone didn't pair, I tried charging them for a few more minutes and nothing, I looked up some solutions like removing the rubbers because they "prevented the earphones from charging properly", I tried putting them in and out of the charging case several times and nothing seems to work, is there any actual solution to this or do I have to return them? I really don't want to wait for them to be returned and delivered all over again, so, if anyone knows how to fix this tell me please 🙏
