Left Fan Stopped Working Blade 15
I purchased the 2019 Blade 15" on March 29th and today my left fan started making severe grinding noises. Shortly after the noises began, the fan stopped functioning. I am unable to begin an RMA because the support site gives me the error "No Network", everytime I try to submit a ticket. Similiarly, the support phone number has such a high volume of calls it just tells me to try back again later.
Does anyone have any advice/have the model number for the fan so I can order and replace it myself? I believe it is the left GPU fan.
