Lenovo t480 can not Razer core x >X 1660 supper GPU

Hi Guys I have Lenovo T 480 Laptop, which has Thunderbolt 3 port. I bought Razer core x and GTX 1660 super card. when I plug in to the system, card fan and box fan are working , but it did not detect the card in the device manager I can not see the GTX 1660. system is window 10 enterprise the latest update bios is updated in Feb This year. please help, otherwise I have to get it returned. Kind regards

Update, I just turned of the security of Thunderbolt in Bios now it's working all fine
