Less than a month's old razer iskur chair makes creaking noise - need help

I received a brand new razer iskur chair from my girlfriend that she bought from amazon last month. Been using it for less than 1 month and it's already making a creaking noise. Definitely not the quality and experience that I expected from a $500 chair. Razer support on youtube sent me here to reach out to someone or a mod for the forum.
