I bought RAZER LEVIATHAN V2 X - PC GAMING SOUND BAR - POKEMON PIKACHU EDITION - CHS PACKAGING but is not connecting to Synapse. I connected it to the back of the PC, and I can see Leviatan v2x in the Control Panel under Sound, but it is not recognized by Synapse.
It does not connect with either Synapse 3.0 or Synapse Beta, nor does it connect with the RAZER Audio app. Please provide a solution. Also, is there a possibility that this product, despite being registered, could be counterfeit?

Please try removing all the Razer-related files from your PC by downloading and installing the Razer Driver Clean-up tool. Once done, please restart your PC and reinstall the Razer Synapse and its updates. Let me know if it helps. Feel free to send me a PM should you need additional assistance.
