Hi,
I’ve owned this Leviathan V2 X for about 7 months now and never had any issue with it as I was only using it in PC mode. I recently started to use the Bluetooth to pair it on my Nintendo Switch and again everything was working fine.
Yesterday I was in the middle of gameplay on Bluetooth mode and the audio stopped working. In the Nintendo Switch settings the Leviathan V2 X was still paired but wasn’t able to connect so I tried removing the paired device to pair it again but it couldn’t detect it at all. I did every troubleshoot steps from Nintendo Switch part but it wouldn’t fix it. My soundbar was still fonctional on PC mode this whole time, until now.
Today I went through troubleshoot on the Leviathan V2 X itself. I tried to download the latest firmware from https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/6232 hopping I could fix the bluetooth part and as I was starting to download the update I heard a glitchy sound and got notified of an error failed to download and the soundbar turned OFF. I tried to turn it back ON but it wasn’t working. I unplugged it and plugged it back but it can’t be turned ON anymore and when it is plugged in now I see the USB icon (from the arrow bottom right on desktop) acting up connecting and disconnecting none stop. I restarted my PC, tried to update USB drivers, unplugged the soundbar multiple times and nothing is fixing it.
So it went from a bluetooth issue to killing the soundbar entirely.
Question
