LIAN LI O11 DYNAMIC – DESIGNED BY RAZER RGB Not Working after Update

Hello there, My LianLi 011 Dynamic is not working properly after the recent synapse update. I could not use the chroma advanced effects on my case, however quick effects for the case are working properly. I have tried multiple reinstalls and system restore, and it seems to be a software problem that have caused my Razer Lianli 011 Dynamic to not work as it was intend to. Please kindly assist, much appreciated

    I noticed the same issue with mine xDUANGx, even tried what you did. I hope Razer can address this issue and put out a patch.

    Same issue hear it has been driving me mad I have never seen mine working with advanced effects as it is new thought it was something I was doing wrong.

    Hey guys! We already have a team working on this. With that said, I'd appreciate it if you can send me your Synapse 3 logs along with a screenshot of your MSINFO32. You can use this to collect the necessary log files, then upload them on GDrive and send me a shareable link. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
