I bought my razer headset and i wanna unlock the headsets full potential but the licence code is invalid !! i just buy it new !! i want to use 7.1 surround sound

Please PM me the serial number of your device, a photo of the scratched card, and the error message that pops up when using the code so I can verify if you're still eligible for a new one and submit a code generation request on your behalf. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
