I have received a blackshark v2x from my brother which he has already used. now i cant activate the 7.1 sound surround because it says license code already in use. how can i fix this? i cant use his account because he deleted it hoping that it would fix the problem

The activation code can only be used once and will be tied to your Razer ID. If the previous owner has already used the code on his account, then there's nothing much that I can do. Should you have any other concerns, don't hesitate to send me a PM.
