License Code Invalid for Surround Sound System 7.1

Try using English US keyboard format We have seen in the past where other English keyboards do not work. RAZER official support do handle many jobs per day, so a bit of patience is required. Wait for one of the RAZER official support to be in contact with you through this thread. @Razer.Speedcr0ss @Razer.Xenon Prepare the followings~~~

• Name
• S/N
• P/N
• Proof of purchase (legal receipt)
• Email address &/or RAZER ID used for registering your RAZER product

Also, 7.1 SS Activation Code can only be applied to one RAZER ID. If RAZER headset is a second hand item, likely the previous owner would have applied the code. Otherwise drive your hearing senses through the roof by upgrading to THX Spatial Audio Kraken X is compatible with THX Spatial Audio. I've recently bought Kraken X headphones and tried to enter the code on the card that I've scratched myself, I tried everything from trying either 0 or O as mistake, double checked the license code, everything. I recently PM'ed an official support, Speedcross, but so far I've got no reply. What should I do..? I feel like I've been damned by the Razer service themselves.
