I've recently bought Kraken X headphones and tried to enter the code on the card that I've scratched myself, I tried everything from trying either 0 or O as mistake, double checked the license code, everything. I recently PM'ed an official support, Speedcross, but so far I've got no reply. What should I do..? I feel like I've been damned by the Razer service themselves.

Try using English US keyboard format
We have seen in the past where other English keyboards do not work.
RAZER official support do handle many jobs per day, so a bit of patience is required. Wait for one of the RAZER official support to be in contact with you through this thread.

Also, 7.1 SS Activation Code can only be applied to one RAZER ID. If RAZER headset is a second hand item, likely the previous owner would have applied the code.
Otherwise drive your hearing senses through the roof by upgrading to THX Spatial Audio

- S/N
- P/N
- Proof of purchase (legal receipt)
- Email address &/or RAZER ID used for registering your RAZER product

I already replied to your PM yesterday and verified that your code is valid. Ensure that you are activating the code in the 7.1 Surround Sound, not the THX Spatial Audio. Let's continue our conversation privately. I'll be locking this thread now.
