I just bought the Kraken X headset and the activation code for the Surround Sound 7.1 that comes in the box does not work. How can I fix it?

Try using English US keyboard format We have seen in the past where other English keyboard board does not work Otherwise, prepare the followings and wait for one of the RAZER support~~~

• Name
• S/N
• P/N
• RAZER ID and email address
• Photograph of the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code (do not upload it on this thread)
• Proof of purchase (receipt)

Please PM me a photo of your scratch code along with the error message that pops up when you enter it so that I can check on it too. Also, in case well need to submit a code generation ticket. I'll need these details below to verify your eligibility.
