Lights not working on brand new hunstman elite

Just got a huntsman elite today, plugged it in and nothing on the board lights up, the wrist rest does light up however. Tried all different usb ports, uninstalling and reinstalling the driver, uninstalling and reinstalling synapse, FN+F12, switching chroma apps on and off. Nothing worked. Do I just have a dud or is there any other possible fixes to this? Just curious before I file a replacement with amazon. Thanks!
