Im having an issue with my blade 14’s USB C not detecting any display input all of a sudden but all of my other periferals work fine (was working perfectly fine yesterday) and tried reaching out to support but the live chat just doenst work at all… i try clicking the green “chat” button but NOTHING happens??
How would i even go about contacting support in this case?
Ok ive figured out how to fix it if anyone else in the future has this issue too…
Let your laptop fully die then hold the power button until the LED indicator flashes white. Then plug the laptop back in and start it up. All worked fine after (think for some reason i had to reset the battery not sure why...)
