Look for email address
I'm currently having problems with my 3-week-old RZ09-0421NEC3-R3U1 laptop and am I being run through all sorts of hoops to get help. The wireless doesn't work right and the laptop just randomly shuts off while plugged in and when I power it on the battery says 0%. The battery report shows the battery is at 117% capacity with 6,637mWh. Which is all sorts of screwed up since a full charge should be 80,219mWh. I've been working with support for 5 days now and have gotten nowhere. Support only emails once a day, even if you reply right away. I've tried calling support, but have been on hold for an hour as I type this. I didn't spend $3000 on a laptop to not use it. Can someone DM me an email for customer service? I'd like a chance to explain why this Razer laptop is the last I'll ever buy.

Well, I gave up on the call. Support closed an hour ago, even though I was still on hold... If anyone sees Razer support agents in the wild, don't spook them because apparently they are very elusive.
Well, here's some free advice if you have problems with Razer support. Document everything you've done, wait a reasonable amount of time for support to try to help you, then bring it up on social media. My case has been escalated. I was heard... that's all I wanted. Still sucks I had to go about it that way...
