Lost access to e-mail. Cannot 2-step auth

Hey.  I do not have access to my old e-mail(registered in my account). I would like to change to a new one, but when I tried it request for 2-step that I cannot move forward. 

I'm stuck and can't edit new phone/email. 

Anyone can help?
