Hello, I've made a very rookie mistake and I no longer have the box to my Razer Kranken headphones. Is there any way I can get a new code, the most I can do is show a photo for proof of purchase since I no longer have the box. I could also provide proof that I purchased it via Amazon. I know this situation is not ideal but I would like to be able to use the headset properly without buying it again.
