Hello, I have purchased the Razer Kraken a month or so ago and I tried to active the code but had trouble activating it so I had given up. I have now decided to try and activate it, however I have now lost the code, though I still have my product box with my serial number on and my email address. Who do I speak to regarding this? Thanks!

Let me check if you are eligible for code generation. Please send me the serial number of your headset via PM, along with the email address linked to your Razer ID. That way, I can verify its model and check if you are eligible for a code generation request. Let's continue from there. I'll lock this thread now.
