Hi, i bought my kraken x lite a few months ago and i never saw the use of getting the software but i downloaded it and it asks me for an activation code in which i cant seem to find anywhere, pls help. And yes i do have them registered on my razer account.

    Same here, i entered my product at razer ID and it still says i need a code. Maybe Razer Kraken X Lite owners don't get the code, i didn't see it on the list
