Lost Phone number with the backup codes, any help please.

I have just lost my phone and with it inside my back codes. The number is the old one but it is connected to my razer id account. The thing is, I accidentally reloaded in this old account that has my old phone number with it. without the number and the backup codes...... what should i do?
