lot of issues with my Basilisk Ultimate

Hey guys/girls,
this is my first Mouse with intern profile memory, maybe I'm just stupid but I have many issues, hope anyone have some advice.

SetUp: I bought the Razer Basilisk Ultimate and use it on my Win10 PC with Synapse 3.6.130.xxxxx

Yesterday I wanted to test the Mouse in BF1, so created a new Profile "egoshooter" and thought "yeah nice, with hypershift I'm able to throw granades with HySh+left mouse click" and so on. Then in BF I noticed, that BF doesn't recognice this combination. Althought it does not recognice the "lever at the thmub" anyway, also if I lay "Mouse button 4" on it. Ok then I only wanted just use the two side buttons. BUT:
First: I connected the profile "egoshooter" with the game BF, but the profile didn't change, what ever I did. So I changed manually with the button in the bottom. (allright)
Then: it worked, for like 5 min. then it seemed to switch the profile. The light still showed up "egoshooter" but the buttons didn't work how they were layed, it worked like default. When I skipped out of the game to "Synapse" and back again in the game, everthing worked again. (for another 5min)

Today I got back to the PC and the profile still exist, but the 5 DPI states changed AND I'm not able to change the Profile with the button, but I see the colored profiles in Synapse.

Also the edited lightning yesterday was very buggy, it reseted serveral times.
And one more thing that bothers me; is at at all mice?: the right click button doesn't click if i pull it with my middlefinger too strong to the left. Maybe its just have to get used to, buts its really weird (i do so often). (If I do so with the left click in comparable angle it works).

That's a lot I know, and very bad english, I'm sorry, but I hope anyone can help me.
I would give it back, but I have no idea whether the issues are normal and I'm just unable or its a real blemish.
