Hi, I recently bought the razer Kiyo an I'm enjoying it but there is an issue with the low light compensation setting. When this option is checked in the advenced settings of the webcam in Synapse, the frame rate becomes very low, so I usualy disable it. The problem is that every time I restart my computer, the low light compensation comes back on for no reason. I have the lastest firmware update (v2.03_r1) installed but the problem is still there.

Was the issue happen from the day you've started using the camera? Were you able to check if the behavior occurs after installing the Razer Synapse 3.0 to a different computer? Please send me a PM including your Razer Synapse and MSinfo logs. Save them via Google Drive or any online drive account, then paste the link in your message. I'll be locking this thread to curb our conversation privately.
