So, the first game I installed to my new Razer Blade 15 advanced with the GeForce RTX 3070TI was fallout 4, through steam. for mods i started using vortex. then i was getting between 200 and 240FPS sometimes higher with the booster. but for some reason now I'm getting around 14 to 16 FPS. with and without mods. i uninstalled Fallout and reinstalled it, and brought it back to stock game, same outcome, 14-16FPS, my other game Raid shadow legends is scoring about 60 - 110 FPS. I Restored Cortex settings to Original, and tried it, same outcome. updated everything and tried it without the booster. at this point I'm not sure on what to do. anyone with ideas or had the same problem with a fix would be great to get some help.

That's odd. Ensure that your Razer Synapse and Cortex have received their latest updates. Allow me to call the attention of my peers from the Razer Cortex Team here.

Hey @Krissy-RCD and @Michelle-RazerCortexPC. Please help us out on this thread. Thanks in advance!

Hey there!

Thank you for sharing your issue with us. I'm Krissy from the Razer Cortex team. I am happy to be of your assistance.

Regarding your issue, could you please go to LAUNCHER > IN-GAME, and toggle off the "CUSTOM DISPLAY" option?

If the issue persists, go to "GAME BOOSTER" > "BOOST". Under "Specials", deselect "Enable CPU Core".
If the issue still persists, go to "GAME BOOSTER" > "BOOST". Disable "Auto Boost", Go to "LAUNCHER" > "IN-GAME". Disable all FPS-related features.

Finally, if this issue persists, please provide us with your Razer Cortex logs via PM.

@Razer.Speedcr0ss Thank you for looping me in.

Appreciate your patience.

Krissy

Not a problem. I have made sure I have the most up to date one, and then ran the game again and i had the same issue. I got the log file to send in now.
