low sound barracuda x

Hello guys, I have a problem with my headset it's basically I connected the headset to my iPad, then I connected it again to my PlayStation 5, and after that the sound is very weak only on the PlayStation, and I don't know why. The sound is good in the iPad but in the playstation is very low , so anyone can help me??
