Low Volume on Razer Hammerhead TWS
I really need some help here. I bought it on the (*Removed for security purposes). I was thrilled to buy this so i could replace my old TWS earbuds(Sabbat X12 Pro). Everything went well, no paring issues and device was in good condition. But when I tried playing music, the volume was relatively low, even on max volume. I've tried unpair and pair it back, the volume is still low. Even my previous earbuds are louder. Note that I've already downloaded the Razer hammerhead TWS app onto my phone. Till this day i can't get the volume to be louder. Is there anyone that could help me resolve the issue?

Thanks for posting your Razer Hammerhead on our Support board. Have you tried testing the headset to another application or website that has video/audio? Have you tried pairing the Razer Hammer TW to a different device/audio source? How near is the audio source from the Razer Hammerhead TW? Does the issue happen while it is paired with or without the Hammerhead TW mobile app?

But when paired to laptop, volume is significantly louder. Currently using Oppo Reno Z. How near is the audio source from the Razer Hammerhead TW? Audio source is very close <10cm. Does the issue happen while it is paired with or without the Hammerhead TW mobile app? No difference with or without the app. Would like to add, roughly about 3 weeks after getting the device, the hammerhead TWS suddenly became louder which i believe that I kept constantly unpair and pair the device. But now, I unpair and pair it back, the volume revert to it's original low volume

AmirulHafizhThanks for the detailed reply. If it's feasible, have you tried pairing it to an iPhone with iOS 11 or higher? Please send me the operating system version of your Huawei Nova 2i, Oppo Reno Z, and your laptop via PM. Let's continue from there.
