M4 and M5 are registering as the same button

I have a Razer Basilisk Ultimate. This has been happening for a long time, and I haven't really been bothered by it until I started playing Monster Hunter World. When my M4 and M5 are pressed they are both doing the action of M4. I have tried deleting all my profiles. Software and firmware updates. I'm not really sure what to do next. Anyone that has insight or ideas would be great.
