Anyone having issues with the Razer Tartarus V2 mounting after updating MAC OS to Big Sure? Keypad doesn't mount when Razor tool asks to plug in keypad

    Razer please respond to this! Since the BIG SUR update for Mac your Software / Hardware does not work anymore properly! Do you plan to update your Software so that we can use your Hardware or are there no plans for updating? Because when you dont update, your hardware won't work for Mac Users anymore! So we need to replace with another brand!

    Hey everyone! The Razer Synapse 2.0 is compatible until Mac OS version 10.14. As of now, Synapse 3.0 will work on Windows operating systems. We don't have an official word when will the newer version of Mac OS be supported. Feel free to send me a PM should you need additional assistance or submit a case to our Support Team.
