Is there any way to make a new Razer mouse work with a macbook? I want to be able to program buttons and adjust sensitivity. Thanks!

    Which Razer mouse do you have? Do note that Synapse 3 is not compatible with Mac OS machines and if you are on MAC OSX 10.15 onwards, I'm afraid there's no way to reprogram buttons and adjust their sensitivity since Synapse 2 for mac only supports up to version 10.14.
