ok so do i have to downgrade my mac to the version it needs to be in or is my mouse broken? its saying "add mouse thats enabled" how do i enable it? is my mouse broken? please help

    Which version of Synapse are you using? Also, have you registered your device? Do send me the serial number of your device via PM, together with a photo of the error message. I can use those to verify its model and see things from your perspective. Save the screenshot via Google Drive, then paste the link in your message. Let's go from there. I'll lock this thread now.
