Hello,

Recently I purchased a Razer Blackwidow Elite and I downloaded the respectable software 'Razer Synapse 2'. However, it is not allowing me to connect my new keyboard to it, it comes up with the text along the lines of 'please connect a Razer product' despite me disconnecting and reconnecting it countless times.

Does anyone know how I can amend this issue? Am I doing something wrong? Or is the Macbook Pro 2018 not compatible with any Razer Software?
