macOS VS Synapse 2.0

Hey there! So ages ago I bought a Razer Kraken 7.1 Chroma headset. Now I wanted to use it on my Macbook Pro, dug up the Razer account I made when I was like 10 years old, and downloaded Synapse 2.0. The software doesn't recognize the device. I remembered the audio quality was much much better when I was connecting it to Synapse. Any tips? Software is up to date, already restarted the computer a few times, Mac itself recognizes the device output and input as well. OS is macOS Catalina version 10.15.7. Thank y'all in advance!
