Macros not working via Bluetooth razer deathadder v2 x

I have a mouse model "RZ01-0413". I planned to use macros in Razer Synapse 3

Macros work successfully when used in USB - A "usb dongle 2.4". When I connect a mouse via bluetooth, the macros do not work, while other mouse functions work.

sometimes, after disconnecting the USB dongle from the computer, macros start working through the bluetooth too, but this is very rare.

I previously emailed Riser support, but after 2 months, I was told that I should only use the usb dongle. very unpleasant.

      I tried the mouse on different computers with built-in bluetooth adapter on os: windows 10, 11, mac.

      turned it on and off, changed the battery. (problem persists)
