My Razer Basilisk Ultimate works wired to any computer. Wireless, I guess the dongle stopped working but the mouse lights still transition upon switching onto wireless mode. Devices don’t even read the dongle anymore. I slept while the wireless was working. Woke up next day and wireless does not work. Have a witness. Tried downgrading synapse 4 to 3. There is no physical damage. Shouldn’t Razer fix a manufacturer’s defect even outside warranty? Bought 2022. Appreciate any help.
