Mamba 16000 and Synapse 2

Hi All, I realize I have an older mouse. But, I have finally grown weary of constantly resetting my settings via the Synapse 2 software. The problem I have been experiencing is with the "X-Y sensitivity" settings. They don't stick. No matter how many times I reset them, within a day or so, the jump back up to 16000 by itself. Any Suggestions on what i need to do. i have uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times. I use this mouse in a wired environment. Never wireless. Thank you for any help provided. Dale Peronteau

    If performing a clean reinstallation of Razer Synapse did not help. PM me the serial number of your mouse. I can use it to verify its model and look into firmware-specific solutions. I'd also appreciate it if you can gather your Synapse logs by following this guide and a screenshot of your MSINFO32. You can upload the logs on Google drive or any hosting site and send me the sharable link.
